Dr. Kara Birch holds her Doctorate of Nursing Practice and board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. She is currently seeing California patients via telemental health.
She is not currently taking new clients.

Kara Birch received her doctorate of nursing practice from the University of Tennessee in 2012 and is dual board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. Her passion for making evidence-based mental health care more accessible has led her to integrating and improving mental health systems across the U.S. In addition to training in several therapy modalities she has undergone additional peri-natal specific training from Massachusetts General Hospital and Postpartum Support International.
